In the end, my Mustang was repaired on time at a very reasonable price point. I always have good experiences at Walker. I have taken my car here for years and every check up. This time, I asked a question about charges and both the front office and person in charge of my case were rude and disrespectful. I asked for their names and they refused to speak to me. I asked for the name and phone number of the manager and they also refused to provide me with that information. This is unfortunate because my car was exactly at 60k miles which is why I am about to buy my new car. I have experienced this treatment before and I am old enough to know that this has to do with not being from here. I hope someone reviews this case and trains people to be culturally sensitive and respectful. An 800 dollar bill for a regular costumer should get you at least a respectful conversation.
