The dealership is at a great location and has nice amenities if you have to wait for your car to get done. If you don’t want to wait, they have a shuttle service to take you home while you wait. Disappointed again I purchased my new 2019 F-150 at Walker Ford on Saturday 25 July. When I was talking to my salesman and voiced my concern with my disappointment with I purchased my new 2019 F-150 at Walker Ford on Saturday 25 July. When I was talking to my salesman and voiced my concern with my disappointment with the Walker ford service department. I was told that you had a new service manager and were working to fix the issues. I had no previous experience with the Walker ford sales department. My salesman was very professional and knew the product and he listened to what I was looking for. I am very happy with the vehicle. However, when I purchased my truck, I also purchased a trailer brake controller. I was told by the Delivery Coordinator that they should have my controller in a couple days. A week later (Monday morning 3 August) I called my salesman and he said he would leave a message on the delivery coordinator’s desk and she would call me. I didn’t hear anything as of 6pm to I texted my salesman and still got no response as of Wednesday. Wednesday 5 August, I called to talk to the delivery coordinator and the operator attempted to page her. There was no answer so the operator asked if I would like to leave a message. I didn’t see the point since my previous messages went unanswered. That same day when I got off work I stopped by Walker Ford and finally got ahold of the delivery coordinator. She was very apologetic and told me they had the part. I coordinated with her to drop my truck off after work on Thursday and pick it up Friday. I dropped off my truck to the delivery coordinator on Thursday at 5 Pm. On Friday afternoon the delivery coordinator called to inform me that my truck was waiting to be programmed. She asked me if they didn’t get it done by COB Friday would that be okay. I told here that would be okay. I didn’t hear anything more that day. At 7 pm I called to check on the status and was told by the operator that the service department had just closed. I expected someone to at least give me an update. Saturday morning my wife called the service department at approximately 9 am and was informed my truck would be done at 10 am. I picked it up at 11am. More
