I had been traveling when my battery went dead. A new battery was installed but I lost many features tailgate wouldn’t open from the outside no lines to back up or alarms if I got close to something door battery was installed but I lost many features tailgate wouldn’t open from the outside no lines to back up or alarms if I got close to something doors wouldn’t recognize my keyless entry or if I left my keys in the car by mistake and locked it no alarms When I got back to Saint Pete I called Amy at Walker Ford to make an appointment. They were booked solid for two weeks But due to my circumstances Amy advised me to come in the next day and she would work me in. She did and everything was fixed in short order, Five stars for Amy and her team. More

Have been going to this dealership since 2013, I am at my 3rd Escape (1 purchase, 2 leases) and they never disappoint.
