3rd truck I will start with my truck being totaled out from accident on 8/17 (insurance totaled out on 8/21) and by 8/24 was in the same excact truck! With all the paperwork involved i thought it would be weeks before i could get a new truck, but with Harry in fianancing handling the bulk of paperwork and ford fianancing the remainder, they did a exceptional job and Harry even got my apr lowered :) Keith over at sales was able to find the same exact truck, exactly what i wanted, there was a small problem with the side mirror which was handled by Mike at service which had me in and out in about one hour on a saturday which is one of there busiest days. Don at body shop helped with the insurance end with my damaged truck. A big thanks to all, walker ford has a great team and highly recommend them. More

After my own vehicle was totaled by the mistake of another driver, I was forced into 2 weeks of unplanned, mostly miserable searching for a replacement vehicle. I looked from New Port Richey to Bradenton, from Tampa to Orlando. I was apprehensive during the whole used car shopping ordeal because some sales people at some dealerships and car lots were pushy, or condescending, or dismissive. But negotiating with Brian Hall in sales at Walker Ford was smooth and pain free; his assistance was truly outstanding! I had read on the Internet that dealing with Finance and Insurance (F&I) was to be especially dreaded. But completing my paperwork with Mickey Alperstein was surprisingly easy and stress free. Both Brian and Mickey were helpful, respectful, and accommodating to all my questions, requests, and concerns. From the day of my first test drive, to my offsite mechanic's inspection, to the price negotiations, to the contract signing, and the final drive of my nicely detailed vehicle off the lot a few days later -- this was a comfortable, positive experience.
