She was very upfront and honest with me on pricing. didn't play games. gave me a good deal and explained everything. she followed up three times after the sale to make sure i was happy (and sent cookies!). i told her the cruise control didn't work and i hadn't noticed when i test drove... but not big deal... it's not a safety concern or anything. she asked me to bring it by when i had a chance. i took it in and she they replaced the cruise control system right away... no charge... no paperwork. i gladly recommend Walker Ford. If you're in the used car division... ask for Irene Flenna. More

A car was found for us, but unfortunately, it was at another dealership, and someone else also loved it and bought it. We brought our vehicles in for service on Saturday and test drove a couple different versions. Although the sport version was not what I initially was looking for, fell in love with it after driving it. Tracy (and my husband) worked magic and found me the car I really wanted and could not be any happier. The entire team at Walker Ford work very well together and we are again very satisfied and will definitely come here for our next car purchase! More
