A Great Experience Meeting and working with Kevin Jewel was a pleasure. He treated me with respect and an open, friendly attitude that I found delightful. He spoke with me for several minutes upon my arrival and then led me directly to "the Car". That takes talent. He then wandered the lot with me very patiently so I could explore my other options which I so appreciated. There was no pressure to rush to a decision. He demonstrated the features of the new car to me and made sure I understood how to use them. He explained all the paperwork clearly and gave me the time to read before signing. Dealing with Harry Rumberger was also very enjoyable. Having a new car is always wonderful. It is rare that one can say that the buying experience was also. I do not often give 10 out of 10 on surveys. When I do, it is meaningful. Kevin is a true asset to Walker Ford and Walker Ford should be congratulated for the staff it has assembled. But it takes time to go through all the procedures and the only thing missing was coffee. More

Super friendly I took my car in for a scheduled oil change. The Service Tech that greeted me was very pleasant and asked if I was waiting for my car, which I was. I took my car in for a scheduled oil change. The Service Tech that greeted me was very pleasant and asked if I was waiting for my car, which I was. While waiting, I always go out and look at the new Mustangs first, then I'll look at other new or used vehicles. Usually one of the salesmen will see me walking around and ask if they can help and I always tell them no, just looking while I'm waiting. This time we had a nice conversation about the new Mustangs, they always ask what year my Mustang is and offer to set me up with a new model. BUT they are never high pressure pitches, which I like very much. I refuse to talk to a sales person who is intent on selling you something whether you want it or not. These guys/gals at Walker are just plain friendly and pleasant to talk to. They understand no and either leave or chit chat a few more minutes. Good people. My car was ready sooner than I expected and the Service Tech had my keys and paperwork ready for me. More

When I initially called to in As a business owner I truly appreciate the service that I have received from Don Dithmer Jr and the team at Walker Ford. When I initially called to inquire about the vehicle I was interested in, Don Jr was very helpful and down to earth. I can not stand the typical "car salesman" attitude and thankfully I did not get that vibe from him. Within 30 minuets we had worked out a deal to trade in my used truck and scheduled to have my new truck delivered. Understanding that I was extremely busy during the time of purchase, he was able to do the entire sale via text and email. Don Jr also arranged to have my new truck delivered directly to my jobsite where I was working the very next day! This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had with a vehicle dealership / salesmen. I would highly recommend speaking with Don Jr if you are looking into a new vehicle. Superior customer service I went to 5 different dealerships to look at different makes and models that I was interested in. The other think that was very important to me was there was absolutely no high pressure sales tactics whatsoever.
