When we walked in the first time after dealing with other car dealerships in Tampa Bay, we felt like we had walked into family. There was no pressure to sell us on any particular car. Roger spent time with us to understand our particular needs. The follow-up calls demonstrated that genuine concern for our happiness not just our business. I had a wonderful hassle free experience buying my new F150 My buying experience started with a drive through the lot to look at the available F150"s. I stopped and looked at 2 that I liked. I then went home and looked at them on the Walker Ford website and asked for them to contact me. After some discussion and pricing info I made an appointment to go in and see the truck of my choice. It was brought out before I arrived and I loved it. Amy Potter helped us with a test drive and worked with us through the entire process. It was a stressless experience with no hardcore sales tactics all the way through the Brent the finance guy. They showed me the upgades and warranties and left it up to me without pushing them on me. Great experience!! More
