I spoke with Kevin last month from my house in Massachusetts and the minute I talked with him, I got the feeling that he was a person that you could trust to do business with.I arrived in Florida Massachusetts and the minute I talked with him, I got the feeling that he was a person that you could trust to do business with.I arrived in Florida 2 weeks ago and deceided to call him Sunday to see about buying a car. I ordered a specialty vehicle from Walker Ford 6 months before it was to be delivered. During these 6 months Irene and the rest of the staff that I was in contact with exceeded my expectations for customer before it was to be delivered. During these 6 months Irene and the rest of the staff that I was in contact with exceeded my expectations for customer service. Irene always kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and the terms negotiated 6 months in advance were honored without a hint of renegotiation. I bring this up because I have had experiences with other dealers asking for additional money after the agreement. Walker Ford not only honored their agreement, but reworked the deal at one point once they realized they could save me additional money. It is the experience everyone hopes for when buying a vehicle. I cannot think of anything negative about my experience at Walker Ford. More
