Returned phone calls were not given. Had to go to Manager eventually to get a returned call. Every time I spoke with service tech he ask me to refresh his memory of where we left off. When I came back I sto eventually to get a returned call. Every time I spoke with service tech he ask me to refresh his memory of where we left off. When I came back I stood outside his window to let him know I was there. Him and about four other men looked at me and then went back to talking. After about two minutes of standing there I walked away and went into the service lobby. I stood in line. When it was my turn the gentleman had to call the service tech that was chatting away to get him to do what he needed to do. I am in the service industry. If I were told that I get paid based off good surveys I would bend over backwards for people. Funny how he told me this and then gave me poor service. Extremely frustrating experience. Not sure I will ever be back. Talk about a coaching moment needed. More
Don the service manager was very nice and looked at all my problems with my F150, and gave me detailed info about each thing. Went in without an appointment with a tire that wouldn't hold air. Thought we had hit a curb and damaged the wheel. Just needed a new tire. Decided to replace the other three. Made an appointment.
