Have dealt with Walker since 2013 and have never had any bad experiences. Staff is always professional and friendly. The issues with my Mustang were resolved in right quick time. It started out with an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked to have the A/C checked as it had just stopped working 2 days previous. I time. It started out with an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked to have the A/C checked as it had just stopped working 2 days previous. I also advised them that I was going away later in the month and wanted to have a leak checked while I was away. To my surprise the oil change, tire rotation and leak were resolved that morning. To resolve the A/C issue required a part to be sourced from Ford in Michigan. It came in on the next day courier service and was installed on the following Tuesday. More

Brake line broke. Leaked out. They replaced line. Charged $130 to flush empty Brake lines. Ryan said they did this because I said okay on the phone. Told him there Leaked out. They replaced line. Charged $130 to flush empty Brake lines. Ryan said they did this because I said okay on the phone. Told him there was nothing to do. The lines were empty. He said well, we did the back lines. Why did he work on the back brake line. Why did they charge over an hour for something they did not do. He gave no benefit to flush the empty lines. I want my money back. Paid $800 to fix a break line. Need another plan for car repairs. More
