I was very disappointed. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for an oils change and to have my suspension looked at. At drop off, I was greeted nicely by the service manager who said my advisor was work advance for an oils change and to have my suspension looked at. At drop off, I was greeted nicely by the service manager who said my advisor was working with someone else and he would call me with an update. Ok, no problem. 4 hours later I called because I hadn’t heard anything. No response from my advisor. At 5pm I called again to check on progress. The advisor had already left for the day. I had my husband bring me to the service center. I picked up my car that hadn’t even been looked at all day. No communication all day!! I’m very disappointed. If you didn’t have time for my car, why did you make the appointment for me that day? More
Will try to rip you off on what was an easy fix. Key fob battery had gone bad triggering my anti theft. I changed the key battery but still wouldnt start. Had to have it towed. Tried to insist i needed a ne battery had gone bad triggering my anti theft. I changed the key battery but still wouldnt start. Had to have it towed. Tried to insist i needed a new transponder. After keeping the car over a week constantly repeating it was still waiting on the part. Luckily called one evening before closing and someone with half a brain checked on the car and said it was running fine. So I picked it up. Then the calls started, saying the parts finally in bring it back. Would not stop harassing me until I blocked the number. Now this. Well here you go enjoy the truth of your establishment. Cars still running fine. More

Absolutely AMAZING. I had my car at a dealership in illinois 3 times for a leak. 900.00 dollars later and without my car for 20+ days they still never figured it out. My service writer, Brian Kirk, was fantastic. He diagnosed my problem and gave me an estimate of when the work could done and how much it would cost.
