I originally brought my 2020 Edge in April 2021 as I noticed a leak from the car on my driveway. The leak was not detected. The car continued to leak and I brought the car back. Walker Ford has the best Service Advisors and Techs. I only service our Ford Explorer and F-150 at Walker. It is always the best experience. Our 2021 Ford Explorer XLT had it's first service at 5,000 mile only service our Ford Explorer and F-150 at Walker. It is always the best experience. Our 2021 Ford Explorer XLT had it's first service at 5,000 miles and our 2019 F-150 XLT Sport had it's third service at 15,000 miles. More
Overall have always been treated very well. My service advisor Amy, has always been on top of whatever service my truck has needed. Too many times I've been quoted a time for completion only to have it run in some cases hours late..........."because we're so busy???" That makes perfect sense if one were to come in without an appointment but when you've made an appointment, that should never be the case. 5 hours to put on 4 new tires, alignment and oil service??? Quality of work, friendliness, price ...... all excellent. More

Don Mast is well informed and did a great job of explaining what was involved in checking and resolving issues I was having with sync and auto off electronics. Don Mast was a great help, as we were on vacation and in a time crunch. He kept in touch with us and even checked in as we were on our way home,, and it was his day off!! Thanks also to Ryan, and Amy,who he a time crunch. He kept in touch with us and even checked in as we were on our way home,, and it was his day off!! Thanks also to Ryan, and Amy,who helped when Don was not working. Tech Dale came in and finished the job when the part arrived, on his day off, getting us on our way home on time. The only complaint we have is that the team had no way to track the part we were waiting for. The part was supposed to arrive Friday, but did not arrive until late Saturday morning. This meant we did not know if we were going to have to make plans to stay longer until the part actually showed up. It seems odd to us that they were unable to track through FedEx or UPS. More
