Walker Ford was awesome in fixing my F-350 truck. Service manager , Brian, called me after the mechanic diagnosed the problem and explained everything involved in the repair (which was a good price) Service manager , Brian, called me after the mechanic diagnosed the problem and explained everything involved in the repair (which was a good price). We bought a new car. There are some sounds i hear that i think are not "normal" for a new car. I don't feel taken seriously. They just ran the engine next to another and said they sound the same. After I no think are not "normal" for a new car. I don't feel taken seriously. They just ran the engine next to another and said they sound the same. After I notified them they saw that there was a rubber seal sticking out of the set windows by the back seat in November. They would order a new one to replace it. It was in February I got a call that the window arrived for replacement. After we made the appointment they replaced it in just over an hour. So that was good. I haven't decided yet wether to go to another dealer or give them another chance. Time will tell. More

Very dissatisfied with the service I have received thus far, I have paid a bunch of money out of pocket and even though I have a Ford extended service plan. The service rep is adamant that I am always out far, I have paid a bunch of money out of pocket and even though I have a Ford extended service plan. The service rep is adamant that I am always out of coverage. I just picked up my truck from service and now I have a vibration that I have never had and the truck is running very rough. I have to take it back again to try and fix a problem I have been told doesn’t exist. More
