Walker Ford was awesome in fixing my F-350 truck. We bought a new car. There are some sounds i hear that i think are not "normal" for a new car. I don't feel taken seriously. They just ran the engine next to another and said they sound the same. After I notified them they saw that there was a rubber seal sticking out of the set windows by the back seat in November. They would order a new one to replace it. It was in February I got a call that the window arrived for replacement. After we made the appointment they replaced it in just over an hour. So that was good. I haven't decided yet wether to go to another dealer or give them another chance. Time will tell. More
