Although it took close to 4 lweeks to get the appointment for servicing my car, this was understandable since there is a pandemic going on. The staff at walker ford were great . Everyone wore masks, and the waiting area / lounge was exceptionally clean. It took about 2 .5 hours for my vehicle's needs which was less than I expected. They didn't try to sell me on things that were not immediately needed. I have always been impressed with their honesty and dependability when it comes to my car. More

I was quite satisfied with the work done, the service rep. and the length of time that it took to perform the repairs. However when I used to take my Cadillacs to Dimmitt Cadillac for service, they they rep. and the length of time that it took to perform the repairs. However when I used to take my Cadillacs to Dimmitt Cadillac for service, they they always ran it through their car wash before returning it to me. Very busy service department but they seem to be very efficient when I schedule my services the only person I will use at Walker Ford is Amy Andrisani.
