Ryan the service manager took care of everything. His advisor Daniel, really cared about my concerns and the technician, Wayne, was neat and meticulous and the job he did was superb. The door part fits perfectly and I am very satisfied with the follow-up and attention to detail that Ryan provided as the service manager. It's proof quality still exists. I recently brought my Mustang in for its first oil change since taking delivery, and it was a great experience. Making the appointment was quick and easy as could be, and the service personnel were waiting since taking delivery, and it was a great experience.
