I personally interacted with Ken Adams in Parts, Justin Boczar and Doug Wilder in Service. Everyone was personable, courteous, professional, proficient and efficient. In fact, every Walker Ford employee I encountered was courteous and professional. The estimated time for completion of my service was right on the money and the cost of the service was well within reason. The bottom line is they delivered what was promised. I was there about 4 hours and found the customer waiting room clean and comfortable. Great job Walker Ford. I will be back. More

I appreciate the service Walker provides. I brought my car in for oil change service and reported a hesitation issue. During the service they did not find the issue with hesitation, one week later my car car in for oil change service and reported a hesitation issue. During the service they did not find the issue with hesitation, one week later my car engine light came on and car was hesitating bad, I had to tow it in to Walker. They found the issue and it was covered under my extended warranty which was even better! My previous experience at another local dealership was confrontational and harsh, always demanding additional services and cost or nothing could be warrantied. I constantly felt they just were charging me for other services I may not have needed at the time. More
