Steve McHenry advised me on maintenance he recommended and we got that done. I brought my 2014 Focus in for the Field Service Action for the clutches and transmission. The vehicle no longer shudders when and we got that done. I brought my 2014 Focus in for the Field Service Action for the clutches and transmission. I brought the car in because my reverse camera isn’t working everything else on the cameras working but it’s scrambled and dark and I can’t see nothing from behind when I put it in reverse. I was told t working everything else on the cameras working but it’s scrambled and dark and I can’t see nothing from behind when I put it in reverse. I was told that because it wasn’t doing it when I brought the car in they can’t fix it well it’s happened four times since then. So I guess I just live with us unless it happens to be happening when I pull into your lot to get it fixed. Very disappointed I even showed him a video of it doing it. More
