My service was scheduled with Dan, but Steve took care of me once I arrived. Steve even noticed I had a free service still in my account. They were both exceptional! Steve noticed Dan was at lunch when my ca me once I arrived. Steve even noticed I had a free service still in my account. They were both exceptional! Steve McHenry advised me on maintenance he recommended and we got that done. I brought my 2014 Focus in for the Field Service Action for the clutches and transmission. The vehicle no longer shudders when and we got that done. I brought my 2014 Focus in for the Field Service Action for the clutches and transmission.
