I went in for the 50K service on my 2018 Ford Focus and also indicated a small vibration at my steering wheel. Brooks identified a motor mount failure. The technician also found a cracked coolant overflow also indicated a small vibration at my steering wheel. Brooks identified a motor mount failure. The technician also found a cracked coolant overflow tank, both items Walker had in stock. A few months ago I also picked up a rear window wiper arm from stock and a head light assembly delivered next day. This is impressive inventory support for a Focus that Ford stopped making in 2018.
