When I went in to the service center, no one came out to greet me. Once I got someone from opening all the doors, I needed an oil change but also needed my seat replaced due to manufacturers breakdown. Supp greet me. Supposedly my seat was ordered that day, however, here we are in September and no response to my calls about my seat except 1 that said it would be there in 3 days....that was early August. I've left messages and get no response. More

We were heading home from vacation when the water pump went out on our truck. We called and spoke with Brooks who set up a tow truck and had a technician ready. They replaced the water pump and had back o went out on our truck. We called and spoke with Brooks who set up a tow truck and had a technician ready. They replaced the water pump and had back on the in no time. We’ve never experienced such great customer service as we did with Walker Ford! While waiting we noticed that other service advisors were just as friendly and responsive. More
