They put that I was putting 10k on the car which I never did. So it messed up all the paperwork, so I signed again. They forgot to put the blackout license plates on then I sign again. Then they call me 5mi did. So it messed up all the paperwork, so I signed again. They forgot to put the blackout license plates on then I sign again. Then they call me 5min after I leave that I forgot to sign a paper so they send me a link online to do, that was the wrong paperwork. So then they send me an email of paperwork which I do, and then they say nope we have to redo ALL your paperwork because you didn’t put dots between LLC. They the mail me paperwork through fedex, where then part of my business signature is written out (not by me), so I send it in. Most likely to ensure the periods were there L.L.C. And now I’m getting the same paperwork again to sign from fedex with no explanation why I’m signing again. Once again with part of the business signature filled out. If Hyundai is so difficult and picky to finance with for businesses, then maybe the “core manager” should be stepping up. And I don’t care how picky they are, you don’t touch anyone’s signature. More

Timothy was incredibly patient and as resourceful in helping us with our concerns, reassuring and being as supportive as could be during some bouts of anxiety. My partner is on the autism spectrum and T helping us with our concerns, reassuring and being as supportive as could be during some bouts of anxiety. My partner is on the autism spectrum and Timothy did his best to accomodate and redirect to better get a grasp on his ability to assist. In the end, he excelled at guaranteeing our issues would be resolved, despite some setbacks out of any one’s control - he made certain we’d not be incurring further headaches as well and was easy to contact. With each request made, Tim was able to find solutions. Grateful for this dealership’s customer care team - my partner encountered many employees. Everyone in the service department was excellent as were the rest he encountered. Only down side is we have to drive an hour, but we do so understanding we are going ti be well taken care of and it is worth the trek. Thank you! More
