I saw an ad for a car that I liked so I called Mercedes-Benz of Riverside and spoke to a guy named Carlos Perez. I told him exactly what I could afford. He told me exactly what he could do for me. Mercedes-Benz of Riverside and spoke to a guy named Carlos Perez. I told him exactly what I could afford. He told me exactly what he could do for me. So in essence we made a deal over the phone. My wife and I went down to the dealership which is about an hour or so away and Carlos spent over an hour with my wife and the same amount of time with me explaining all the features of the car. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle and while we were driving it he explained more things. Later I sat down and I went through all the paperwork. We were there almost 5 hours most of it with the sales person Carlo Perez. Carlo Perez is easy-going friendly and patient. He was without a doubt the best auto salesman I’ve ever met.
