A amazing leasing experience I always do research and car leasing online and had been shopping for a New Mercedes Benz with a certain color combo which is hard to find. After goin I always do research and car leasing online and had been shopping for a New Mercedes Benz with a certain color combo which is hard to find. After going through 5 or 6 dealers inventory I found the car with the desired color combo and options I wanted. I contacted the dealership through their web site. Fortunately I was hooked up with Andrew Wagner. His professionalism and honesty impressed me. After a quick phone call he followed up with a video of the exact car I wanted. Something that no other dealer has every done. That closed the sale for me. I live in Hollywood so this dealership was too far away for me physically go there myself. Andrew arranged for his amazing assistant, Raul, to deliver the car to me and take me through all the tech. He was very well trained in the car and was amazing. Overall a pleasurable experience. I have the exact car I wanted at the exact price I wanted to pay. More
Unexpected Service Call on A Saturday I just purchased my new 2019 Mercedes and was driving on a Saturday Afternoon when my display screen above the center console went dark. I was near Wa I just purchased my new 2019 Mercedes and was driving on a Saturday Afternoon when my display screen above the center console went dark. I was near Walter’s on this particular day and pulled into the Service Department and explained what had just occurred as I only had the car for about a month. To my surprise, the Service Advisor, David Greene attempted to have the Service Department try and fix the issue same day. However, the issue diagnosed was actually the display screen failure (atypical) and a new one had to be ordered. I was promptly provided with a loaner car and was on my way. I returned a couple days later and picked up my car with new display screen. Thank you!! More
