Usually purchasing/leasing a vehicle becomes a stressful occurrence and no longer becomes a pleasure by the time its over, but these guys made it unbelievably easy. I identified a vehicle on their website that I was interested in leasing and explained to Mike Sales and Rene Orellana what I was looking for in terms of the vehicle and the financial aspect (pulling forward an existing lease) and getting into a superbly priced lease that made sense to me after I had done quite a bit of research and shopping on my own. After a few emails, we were able to come to an agreement on all of the details before I even stepped into the dealership. When I arrived for my appointment Mike was there to greet me and introduced me to Rene. They both took me to the vehicle to check it out and went over the key features. From that point, I worked with Rene to complete the paperwork. He was extremely cordial and friendly, but focused on making sure all of the numbers made sense and that we wrapped up things quickly. Soon thereafter I was introduced to Justin Campbell in Finance who was just as efficient, and he gave me great tips and information regarding my options. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure to purchase extras and no confusing number games. While I was working with Justin, Rene took my 2 young boys into the showroom and spent time with them sitting in the various cars and showing them the features. It truly made their day. Every other staff member at the dealership was friendly and welcoming throughout the evening. I can't reiterate enough how this experience made me enjoy taking delivery of my new car. By far the easiest car purchase I've ever made Alan Villasenor and Brian (Sales Manager) made my buying experience so comfortable my wife and I are still talking about it and telling our friends. Alan took a very nice and personal video of the car showing me the car in a level of detail you can't get from pictures (after hours too), that was something I've never experienced. Usually a dealership is only interested in you when your on the lot, and then they are pushy. Alan and Brian are the opposite, they are truly interested in making you feel comfortable, answering questions and making you feel like your buying a car from a relative. You just don't see dealers being so enthusiastic and professional while having fun like these guys are. Thanks again for all your help Ponch! More
