Purchase of a 2018 GLE My initial contact was via phone and emails with Raul Ayala, Bryan Fitzpatrick and Andrew Wagner of Mercedes Benz Riverside. I was interested in purch My initial contact was via phone and emails with Raul Ayala, Bryan Fitzpatrick and Andrew Wagner of Mercedes Benz Riverside. I was interested in purchasing a Certified Pre Owned GLE. I visited the dealership, met Raul, Bryan and Andrew. I went on a test drive in a 2016 GLE, with Andrew. Since, I could not decide whether I wanted to purchase a 2016. I told Andrew I would like to talk with my husband. Andrew did a video of the vehicles’ exterior, interior, and all the options; for my husband to view, then emailed it to me. My husband and I went to the dealership on Oct 6, 2018, after receiving an email regarding a 2018 GLE. Once I got there I could not decide whether I wanted a GLE or GLC. Andrew suggested we test drive both. Andrew and Raul spent most of the day with my husband and I; explaining the features of both SUV’s. After, I decided on the GLE, I could not decide between the black or gray, Andrew had both vehicles brought to the front. Andrew is an outstanding Salesman. He is professional, thorough, knowledgeable and efficient . Most of all , he was patient, I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. Raul was always professional and personable. Was able to answer all my questions. On the day of my purchase.; Raul, called me to make sure I made it home okay, and stated is was okay to call him anytime if I had any questions. No one has ever called me or extend their services, after purchasing a vehicle. Andy Towns was thorough and efficient, all the paper work was completed in less the 30 minutes. This was the best experience I had in purchasing a vehicle. I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle. I would definitely recommend team Raul, Bryan, Andrew and Andy at Mercedes Benz Riverside, if purchasing a vehicle. Thank you, A. L. Blake More

REcall and routine maintenance visit My experience overall was a good one. I responded to a smart recall notice to have an engine pad replaced and at the same time had a regular periodic My experience overall was a good one. I responded to a smart recall notice to have an engine pad replaced and at the same time had a regular periodic check up and oil change. I received excellent service from my service manager, David Greene. he had several recommendations of items that may need attention in the future for my 2008, 51,000 mile smart Passion. I was surprised that Walters will no longer be handling the sales of smart and I wonder If I need to find smart service closer to where I live in Redlands. At any rate, Walters has give me good service and this time due to the length of the service call, they arranged for a smart car for me to use during the day. More
