Loaner department did not advise me about not being able to get a loaner while my car is in repair. They said it smelled like smoke. I do not smoke. However long story short when my vehicle is being serviced I have to wait around for it or get shuttled. As the process for shuttle is whittle 10 miles I be live. So when it needs service I have to stress about taking days off. That is very irratating. However thanks to Brandon, he’s the reason why I keep coming. Back More

I set an appointment to come out on Saturday with Gene Russell. He was waiting for me when I got there and he couldn't have treated me any better. He showed me the vehicle and we took it for a test drive and sat down an worked out a deal. I already had financing but Ari was able to get me an even better interest rate so I went with their financing. I was treated very well by all staff I encountered and Gene communicated numerous time via email before I went out there as well as by telephone, excellent customer service! He has also followed up after the sale. You can't go wrong if you go see Gene, he will take care of you through the entire process. I got the Corvette I had been search for at a very fair price and I couldn't be any happier with the entire experience at Walters MB!! If you want to be treated right go so Gene! More

Excellent Experience with everybody and everything! The client advisor, Eddy Elsayed, is very good in making our whole family happy and comfortable with the 'buying' experience. The customer service, Krystin Escobedo, is very patient and kind to our mom (93 years old) who was a little impatient and wanted to leave. Krystin tried to entertain her and we really appreciated her effort. The Finance Manager, Julio Guerrero, is also very pleasant and helpful in telling us all about the option. He is respectful and kind to the customers who go home feeling they are well treated and taken care of. In general, this is one of the best experience our family has in buying a car and will recommend our friends and relatives to go there in the future. Great Job Guys!! More

I reasearched and stopped at another dealer that was just awful. We had also sent a message to Walter’s Mercedes and Andrew Wagner contacted us to come by. Since that other dealer was so awful we were very hesitant and asked a lot of questions before we went in. Well to our pleasant surprise, Andrew and his team made everything happen with no hiccups throughout the whole process.
