Brian Fitzpatrick at Walter’s Mercedes is AMAZING!! What can I say about Walter’s Riverside besides that it’s a First Class Organization! My fiancé and I had an appointment to look at/purchase a vehicle What can I say about Walter’s Riverside besides that it’s a First Class Organization! My fiancé and I had an appointment to look at/purchase a vehicle to replace her 2015 GLA 250 which was deemed a total loss from a vehicle accident. We were interested in looking at a GLC 300 Sport for her to upgrade, as I drive the same vehicle. We first met with Andrew Wagner. Andrew was very professional and got us the exact deal we were looking for down to the penny! Andrew showed numerous options for different models including financing and lease terms so we could make a better informed decision. While in conversation, I had mentioned to Andrew that I may be interested in trading in my 2016 GLC 300 Sport for a GLE 350 depending on trade in value. We focused on getting my fiancés deal first, and later we would speak about my options. A tip of the hat to Andrew for making this deal happen. During the deal, we met a gentlemen by the name of Brian Fitzpatrick. Andrews partner when he is not there. He came into the office to thank us for purchasing my fiancés GLC as most of this organization does. Very respectful and again 5 star associates. I had mentioned to Brian that I was possibly looking to trade in my vehicle for a GLE 350. We had great conversation and said they’ll be more than happy to accommodate any requests we have. Unfortunately, Andrew had another appointment so we were paired of with Brian. Oh man, Brian is a character! He is very open and funny! Very personable. His personality and genuine care is contagious. Our families had a lot in common and he made the experience simply amazing and effortless. He could’ve been charging me double and I wouldn’t of cared. (He didn’t, got us the beat deal) From the searching of the vehicle to the test drive and paperwork. I think we may have set a dealership record with how quickly we got my deal done. Frank Serraro the General Sales Manager came into Brian’s office and thanked us for our business. We all shared some fun banter and we went into financing. First deal was done with Ari Abdolhosseini. I remembered Ari from our last purchase and asked if he still had his classic Mercedes we spoke about last time. We shared some stories and Ari made the experience again amazing. Usually you cringe when you go into financing, not the case with Ari. It was refreshing to see some of the same faces, which speaks highly of the way Walters treats their associates. Ari also expedited the process and again First Class Service from Ari! For my GLE, we spoke with Andy Towns. Andy was also amazing! Great personality and great recommendations on restaurants. We spoke at length about places we frequent that have great food and drinks. It’s amazing how everyone at Walters feels the same about the safety and security of the their families when choosing to drive a Mercedes Benz. Lastly, Raul Ayala. Raul went over all the options for both our vehicles and had a very high attention to detail. He even went out of his way to go the storage lot to check for my sunglasses I thought I left in my trade in. Great service. Very energetic and you can see the pride he has for being part of the Walters family. Oh, and congratulations on your recent C300 purchase! Overall, great experience. We will most definitely recommend anyone looking for a Mercedes to Walters Mercedes. This is a first class organization with great associates that care.
