If I was told the spark plugs were tested or examined and considered bad or poor! I would have felt different. Brandon Monaco was a great service specialist. However, I experienced no return call by service personnel when I left a message to make that appointment - it was only when I used your chat service that anything happened to get me an appointment. I had a similar experience when I called about buying an electric Smart car, and asked if Walter's would service the Smart car if I did. I think it took about one and a half days before anyone returned my call. So - my first two exposures to Walter's led me to think that Walter's was not a place I wanted to do business with. You can thank Adam Garcia and the tech that worked on my car for helping turn that around somewhat, and also your salesman for Smart cars that came out to talk to me while I was looking at your Smart inventory, as I waited for my RV to be fixed. (I did buy an electric Smart car after the first unsatisfactory phone contact with Walter's, but from Silver Star in Thousand Oaks - they treated me very well, and they trucked it to Riverside as part of the deal.)
