Buyer Beware I recently experienced a pleasant experience dealing with Jackie. However, some of the sales tactics seemed too good to be true. Part of my deal inclu I recently experienced a pleasant experience dealing with Jackie. However, some of the sales tactics seemed too good to be true. Part of my deal included the return of leased MB, we had concerns about the wear and tear of the vehicle. Debating on keeping the vehicle or trading it in. Jackie assured us that we need not be concerned about the wear and tear as she had taken care of multiple customers with these issues, finding a way to void the charges. This was not the case. If something sounds too good to be true, it is. Buyer Beware More
