Purchased a new Mercedes GLE I was at Walters Auto Group this past Sunday and had a fantastic experience. I was in the market for a GLE and had been looking at vehicles throu I was at Walters Auto Group this past Sunday and had a fantastic experience. I was in the market for a GLE and had been looking at vehicles through Truecar and came across a good deal at Walters. I was contacted quickly by Mr Arthur Miranda following up to see when I would like to see the car. My schedule is dynamic and I live a little over an hour away from the dealer. Mr. Miranda was patient with my needing to reschedule appointments and answered all my questions about the car prior to my appointment. When I arrived at the dealer on a Sunday, Art was ready and waiting with the car out front and ready to drive at our appointment time. Art was extremely hospitable and made me and my family feel welcome. There was no pressure to buy and I felt very comfortable dealing with Art. All price agreements were met, and the sales manager worked with Art on my trade in to get the most value possible.
