Watch the oral contract When I bought my car from alto's Mercedes the sales person Peter was awesome Ari the financial manager was also I thought trustworthy and knowledgea When I bought my car from alto's Mercedes the sales person Peter was awesome Ari the financial manager was also I thought trustworthy and knowledgeable about the finance he and I made an oral contract for me to pay the extended warranty in four weeks he asked me to write a check for them to hold for a month and lo and behold the check was cashed in two days what happened to the old contract I was away for a planned vacation when I went to rent a car my card was rejected because Walter's automotive had deposited the check which should've been xxxx for four weeks beware if you make an oral contrast obviously if it's not written down they can and will deposit your check Even though you have the understanding of four week to pay off The extended warranty More
