I can say I have had pleasant experince at all the location Mercedes Benz service shops. I do have to say my last service with Ambar Mejia was overwhaling pleasant. I never thought I would experience the kind of service she provided. Very professional. It was the small touches she broght to the service level that made a huge difference. I felt like I was shopping at Nordstom. The way they assiant you in all your needs and at the end after you pay for purchase they walk from around the counter and hand you your bag. After the service contract where sign and the bill was paid Ambar Mejia stood up from her service desk walk me to my car open the door handed me my keys and wish me a good. I can truly say she made my day wounderful! More

However, when I let Andreas know what my needs were, he quickly showed me what I wanted and then the other vehicle that would meet my needs. He was patient and showed me all the options that were within my price range, plus more. I honestly was going to buy the vehicle that he showed me that was a little pricey, in my opinion; however, with much negotiation on the part of my husband, I was still able to get it and was happy with the end price. I am glad that I got the car that I wanted and look forward to continuing my business with MB and Walter's Automotive. More
