She was very friendly, courteous, and efficient, explaining everything that would be done to my car, how long it would take, and the estimated cost. I had other business in Temecula, so she helped me obtain a loaner vehicle, and as I was leaving I realized I had left my phone in my car, Ambar went into the service area, found it and brought it out to me. Later on during the vehicle safety inspection a potential problem was discovered, Ambar called me immediately, detailing my options, and giving me a revised estimate and pick up time. My car was ready to go at that time, sitting at the curb sparkling clean inside and out. In summary, I was treated with respect at all times, was confident my car was in good hands, and there were no surprises when I picked it up. More
