My wife and I received the best customer service experience from Ms. Jackie Nasser when we purchased our MB CLA250. It was a gift to my wife and she fell in love with the car the first time she saw experience from Ms. Jackie Nasser when we purchased our MB CLA250. It was a gift to my wife and she fell in love with the car the first time she saw it in a commercial but that was just the beginning. When we arrived at Walters MB, we were greeted pleasantly and practically by everyone we met. The environment was very contagious and we were assisted by a highly knowledgeable sales rep in Jackie Nasser who insisted that she takes us around the showroom and sales lot for us to see their large selection of fine but also affordable cars. The test drive of MB CLA250 was amazing and the assistance that we got during negotiation is even better. Jackie never hesitated to respond to every request that we got and gave us the best possible deal that the dealership can offer. Finally, we drove our dream car home and couple of hours later we got a call from Jackie asking if there is anything else she can assist us but all we had left is to say Thank You and expressed how much we appreciate the assistance that we got. Buying a car is a daunting experience for most of us no matter how many times we do it. First time did my homework before going in to a dealership. But with persistance, Jim Davis the sales person found the right car. A pre-owned certified car with exactly the features i wanted at a good price and right color. The new ones did not have the optional features I wanted in one package. No pressure or sales pitch. I test drove several cars and he waited while I came to terms with not buying a new car, but got exactly what I came for. This was entirely Jim's searching for the right car. Today most dealerships try to go above and beyond, but Jim and Walters Mercedes dealership set the bar higher. I got the price I wanted for my trade- in which also was a high end vehicle. There are salesmen and there are those who connect because they care. Jim had my best interest at heart giving me the car I wanted even before I I realized it.
