I have been a Mercedes-Benz customer for quite some years now and had multiple cars from several different dealers. I had my car recently serviced here, and although I did not purchase my car from Walter's now and had multiple cars from several different dealers. I had my car recently serviced here, and although I did not purchase my car from Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, they have been the BEST and I have received the best customer service than I have at any other Mercedes-Benz dealer. I would definitely be recommending them and when it's time for my new car, I CANNOT see myself going anywhere else. My Service Rep Enrique Velez was the most efficient, most respectful, and most helpful rep I've ever dealt with. I'm very grateful for the great service I received! More

I recently took my car into service at this location due to a warning notice on the dash and the app. I was able to quickly and easily make an online appointment. He was friendly, professional and explained things thoroughly. My wait time for the vehicle was minimal and the waiting area was nice. Overall it was a pleasant, easy experience.
