Have taken my car to Walters due to difficult issues that couldn't be resolved elsewhere and both times my issues were resolved. It took some time ( as my car is 2007) but I was given a courtesy car . Cod couldn't be resolved elsewhere and both times my issues were resolved. Once again a sincere & appreciative thank-you to Service Advisor Cody Burt for outstanding assistance in describing & explaining so clearly & completely a rather complex transmission problem with my '06, E- Advisor Cody Burt for outstanding assistance in describing & explaining so clearly & completely a rather complex transmission problem with my '06, E-500. His genuine & personal interest in the speedy replacement of hood struts and the superb repair of a steering wheel abrasion on my '07, E-550 was truly appreciated. In addition, his personable, friendly style & extremely knowledgeable insights make every service visit very pleasant, informative & worthwhile. I would also, like to add my compliments to the Service Techs who seem to, so thoroughly and effectively diagnose, describe & depict on video, the problem and desired repair.
