We have been going to this dealership for years and have already purchased our last two vehicles from them. We have all our services performed at this service department and have never had any problems. The already purchased our last two vehicles from them. Their lounge area is also nice with lots of space to work and plug into if you want to wait for your car. I was able to get my work done while waiting for my vehicle and had no problems. I will keep going back and already plan to get our next vehicle here again! More

Compared to Mercedes in West Covina the vibes here are way better! I got really fast service and was offered a loaner. I ended up hanging out in the lounge for a bit too and there’s coffee and tv to watch way better! I got really fast service and was offered a loaner. I ended up hanging out in the lounge for a bit too and there’s coffee and tv to watch. It was all social distanced which was nice and everything was pleasant. My rep was friendly and communicated well. I got my car serviced faster than expected. I was relieved when I left because having bought this new car with Mercedes vs Toyota (which my fam is sued too) I was bummed out when the service at WetsCo sucked. So glad I checked Riverside out and the drive wasn’t bad, there’s some nice scenery on the way! Definitely recommend and going back for my next service. More
