Great Customer Service I had to take my car in to be serviced and I’m glad that Alex Ramirez was my service advisor. He was able to quickly help me and had my car throughly I had to take my car in to be serviced and I’m glad that Alex Ramirez was my service advisor. Last minute schedule for sevice Drove in for a car wash. The lady who greeted me asked what they could help me with. I said a car wash and an A service if they could fit it in. Two minutes later Brandon Monaco was writing it up. They gave me a loner and he called later that day to advise me that the differential had a leak and he checked the device history, found repairs done a year ago and could I drive the loaner another day? Gee , drive a new 300 with less than 7 thousand on the odometer for ANOTHER day while they completed a WARRANTY repair on my 230 with 111 thousand on it? Ya gotta do what you gotta do! Walters; good dealership, great people!! Well worth a 20 pack of Coke now and then. More
