I brought in my recently purchased pre owned GLE350 for a check up and was pleasantly surprised how efficient and quick the service was. I pulled in without appointment and met by the service receptionist an check up and was pleasantly surprised how efficient and quick the service was. I pulled in without appointment and met by the service receptionist and told her my issue she said she’ll be right back with the service technician I believe his name is Jr Rodrigues They told me it will be an hour and half job and I can wait at the customer lounge area enjoy coffee and cookies while waiting. The wait is just about an hour and I’m on my way home. Mr Hank you! More

I have had my vehicle serviced at Mercedes Benz dearship multiple times and the customer service has always been great but Kelly Sandefur definitely supersedes all other times. I had to get a rental and so multiple times and the customer service has always been great but Kelly Sandefur definitely supersedes all other times. I had to get a rental and so after asking all my questions over my car and service when it came to be switched to the rental dept and hand over my car for the mechanics she asked me do you have everything you need from your car and I said yes and they she started naming like and remotes or extra keys or cell phone charger and for me that was the “setting the bar” . She could have easily just said okay and took me over to the next dept. But she made sure to ask any what I would consider “easy things to forget then realize we need them when we don’t have them”. It was definitely appreciated and stood out for me. More

Marina Salcedo was my service rep and she was so helpful and informative. She kept me informed every step of the way and when I had questions she followed up with the mechanic and got back with me. Due to my SL500 being older Mercedes does not make the ABC Pump anymore so I had to get an aftermarket pump. The first ABC Pump came back and was defective so it required another pump being ordered but Marina kept me informed and answered all my questions. Overall experience at Walter's was excellent and I highly recommend Marina as a sales rep! More

Bought my electric Mercedes at this dealership. Did not have a great experience with my very young salesman, luckily I knew exactly which car I wanted to buy. I pre-paid for all the service and I’v Did not have a great experience with my very young salesman, luckily I knew exactly which car I wanted to buy. I pre-paid for all the service and I’ve taken my car always to Palm Springs instead of to this dealership. I had an issue with the car overheating, turned out to be a faulty water pump. My actual service advisor was amazing. Kept me informed every step of the way, let me know it was under warranty, got me a loaner at no cost, just all around Great. However, when it was time to pick up the car, Joseph was my service advisor. He did not introduce himself. My car wasn’t quite ready. And when they brought it around it was not charged. Not charging had been the reason I brought it in, I was concerned if the charging issue had been resolved. unfortunately, Joseph was on the phone, or laughing with his coworkers, and I was unable to get his attention. Eventually, someone else helped me, it was put on the slow charger for four minutes, it received zero charge, was taken off the charger and brought back around. I was then told it appeared to be charging normally because it had received zero charge I wanted to at least see it gain some charge And requested it be put back on the charger. The fast charger was being used to charge a car that was not being picked up that night where my car that was now promised an hour earlier was put on the slow charger. It received 2% charge. I agreed to take my car home. As I left, Joseph was laughing with his coworkers about what a hard worker he was, about “what xxxxxxxx” the young guys at the shop are, how he works rings around the rest of them, and he was looking forward to leaving for the night. No one bothered to say goodbye to me as I walked out and got in my car. More
