The process was very quick, easy and professional. Brian called me at the gym and told me that the water pump was broken but under Mercedes warranty and was covered. Brian later had Uber drive me home and my vehicle was ready a few days later., Thank you very much for the quick service and professionalism. Tires safety most important Thought it was a pressure issue. But I had a nail with all construction. Austin Schneider is my Mercedes advocate with the service guys. He directs the work to the correct person and the work is done to perfection. If I ever have any problems he makes sure to take care of any of even the smallest detail! I am so impressed by this dealership and Mr Schneider. Bravo More

It took several weeks to make the problem actually happen, but Austin and technicians persevered (while I enjoyed the courtesy car loaned to me). Austin kept me informed throughout. He is knowledgeable, courteous, considerate, and thorough. My first visit to Walter’s convinced me to return. I have driven MBZs for 25 years and first encountered them in 1960 in South Bend, Indiana when Mercedes was attached peripherally to Studebaker. A long history with them! Austin is a winner in my book. More
