I’ve been going to Walters Mercedes for many years. My last visit was for service/repairs and Wayne Anderson was my service contact. Wayne was so wonderful! I had broken my gas door by accident I called the service dept and was able to bring my car in the same day for evaluation of required repair. Michael Ramos was my service attendant and stated t service dept and was able to bring my car in the same day for evaluation of required repair. Michael Ramos was my service attendant and stated they would need the car for a few days and parts ordered. True to his word, I was contacted in a few days, car was ready.
