I've been taking my cars to Walter's Mercedes for 15 years and the reason why is because the service is unsurpassed. JR Rodriguez made my emergency service visit an impressive experience! After driving to California from Las Vegas, Nevada I noticed the check engine light on after having B service completed a few impressive experience! After driving to California from Las Vegas, Nevada I noticed the check engine light on after having B service completed a few days earlier on my E350 Mercedes. It was triple digit heat in the area and on a Saturday morning right before noon Walter’s Mercedes-Benz of Riverside was open and I stopped by without an appointment . JR Rodriguez gladly assisted me a senior citizen as service advisor. I explained to him how I just recently noticed the engine light on and was concerned about if I could drive back home. JR Rodriguez verified engine light on advised me a diagnostic test would be done at standard charge. JR Rodriguez return soon to the customer lounge and updated me on the status of my vehicle that a short test was performed and found fault code for intake air temp sensor at air cleaner box and found connector was not connected. JR Rodriguez advised that the sensor was reconnected, cleared codes and I would only need to pay half of the standard charge. JR Rodriguez also had a no charge multi point inspection of vehicle with a complimentary car wash completed. JR Rodriguez showed outstanding guest service qualities and made me at ease after possibly having to leave my vehicle and take an expensive flight back home by airplane. I plan to have my other E350 Mercedes A service scheduled at Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside while I’m looking to relocate to Banning, California. More
I would like to thank Wayne Anderson at Walter's Mercedes for making my service appointment the best I have had since I started going there over 10 years ago. He took time to explain everything that was need for making my service appointment the best I have had since I started going there over 10 years ago. He took time to explain everything that was needed to be done to allow my vehicle to pass the smog check needed for registration. My battery had died and I replaced it but he explained that the modules needed to reset before it would pass and I just needed to drive the car for a while and they would reset themselves.His help saved me a lot of time and frustration. It was a pleasure doing business with Wayne and I will definitely ask for him my next visit. Thanks again. More
Brake light sensor showed on dashboard. Took it in for a check, and it needed front brakes and rotors. Overall service waiting room is not comfortable for working people waiting for vehicle completion. Disappointing to see the 3% fee with credit card purchases now.
