Alex Ramirez is outstanding. I live in Ontario California not too far away from the Mercedes dealership. I go all the way to Riverside, Walter’s Mercedes, because of the service I live in Ontario California not too far away from the Mercedes dealership. I go all the way to Riverside, Walter’s Mercedes, because of the service and people like Alex Ramirez. I’ve purchased all my cars at Walter’s Mercedes Riverside and I have all the service done even after moving all the way to Ontario. The service is outstanding and so are the people I only go to Walters Mercedes in Riverside. More

Alex Ramirez, was our service representative. I can’t tell you how truly great he was, very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly throughout the whole recall. He was awesome kept me well-informed and provided a loaner vehicle I think it was like 10 days, which was very like my car which I greatly appreciate it. Honestly they need to give that man a raise cause that’s the only dealership I’ll take my Mercedes to. More

I had the opportunity to experience very competent service at Walter’s MB recently and for the first time. Mr. J R Rodriguez was the service advisor who helped me and I found him to be a professional service at Walter’s MB recently and for the first time. He took good care of my E class and I will bring my car to Walter’s in the future for my car needs instead of Mercedes of Temecula (formerly Fletcher Jones), who I was not pleased with. More
