Joe Loera really hooked us up with a great service experience. Our 2014 e350 which was bought and serviced its entire life at Walter’s was due for some major maintenance and repair. Alex Ramirez always assists us with the maintenance of our 2 Mercedes, one of which is a diesel. He informs us up front what to expect and what it will cost, checks for any recalls, and keeps us informed our 2 Mercedes, one of which is a diesel. We live about 50 miles away from this dealership, but it is worth the drive, and they always provide a loaner, forgiving the extra miles required for our round trip.
