He was pleasant and truthful and didn't make it seem like all he wanted was to sell us a car. The whole transaction was very smooth (except for my insurance company but that was on Progressive). Joe, the manager was also very pleasant and worked well with Dave to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I would definitely return to Wantagh Mazda. More

After our initial greeting we were left alone to peruse the different cars. Took about 20 minutes looking at the cars, never once were we hounded or shadowed like all the other places. Got what I consider a fair deal. Worked with Henry who was fantastic. Phil was the one who approved / closed the deal. I believe both of these men are genuine and sincere. Phil was the first manager who actually had a great personality. Great experience all around. More

Each visit , Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, was the typical “what do I need to do to get you in the car today” with the usual visit by the manager etc etc. Pricing ALWAYS started high and slowly came down as I expressed my requirements. This all changed when I went to Wantagh Mazda. I met Ken the self proclaimed manager of “smiles & laughs”. He listened to my needs and gave me honest answers and pricing and in two days I was in my new Mazda. Supprisingly for car buying I did smile and had a few laughs as well. I had told David that I was looking at other cars and that leasing was the best option for me and my husband right now. Mazda didn't push me, inundate me with calls like other dealerships did and gave me what I thought was a very fair price for my trade in car. It also helps that he has a picture of Queen Elizabeth II behind his desk, as I am a huge anglophile. Such a great guy who is part of a great team that truly cares about their customers.
