I recently had an appointment at your Mazda for someone to take a look at my wiper and headlight synchronization, the service manager, never even let me let a technician look at my car he told me that I ha to take a look at my wiper and headlight synchronization, the service manager, never even let me let a technician look at my car he told me that I have to to put my headlights on by hand in the rain the car had only 3000 miles on it.. he told me he didn’t design the car . I brought it to Valley Stream Mazda And they took the time to figure out the problem. I will never use this dealer again. More

Made an appointment to get my 1 year old CX90 serviced. Waited a week to bring it in. Took a day off from work to do this. Showed up at 8:30 and discussed what I needed done. Was promised a video of an inspection to be sent to my cell phone. No video arrived. Called up at 4:30PM to find nothing had been done to the car. I came and picked it up.
