The process was so simple and s My wife and I leased a new 2018 CX5 a few weeks ago. This was the best experience I've had in a car dealership before. The process was so simple and straightforward. My wife and I decided we no longer wanted our leased Jeep Cherokee. David and Phil answered all of our questions, discussed any concerns, and were both extremely honest. Everything we agreed on happened. Kenny the finance guy was great too- honest and funny. When we went to pick up our CX5, there was a big red bow on it for us like you see on television! David went though the entire car with us and got everything set up for us. They took the Jeep for us and returned that too, no problem! The entire process was quick from start to finish. The integrity of these guys was exceptional- you won't find that at other dealerships! If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. More

Low Stress Shopping Experience & Excellent Service Dept. Just had to take the time to write this review... because of the excellent shopping experience my wife & I had, with both the Sales and Service sectio Just had to take the time to write this review... because of the excellent shopping experience my wife & I had, with both the Sales and Service sections of Wantagh Mazda (Long Island). Last week we leased a new 2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring. At the same time, we returned our leased Mazda 3 which was near the end of it's lease term. AND... we brought in our 2015 Mazda CX-5 for a scheduled service. (So it was a very busy week for us at Wantagh Mazda!) We are repeat "loyalty" customers, and our salesperson - Victor Liantonio - was again fantastic in working with us to help us choose the right car. Victor is kind and very personable (not high stress) and also he is very knowledgeable about the cars and the leasing process. He believes in the Mazda product, and it shows. Thank you Victor. Thanks too to sales floor manager Phil Puleo, who helped us on the lease return & new lease. ALSO... a very big thank you to Gary Gavin, Sales Manager in the Service section. We have dealt with Gary over the years in servicing our Mazdas - he is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable, and also a pleasant & caring person. I've had a lot of other make cars over the years, from different dealers... and Gary is by far the best service manager that I have had the pleasure to work with. Most recently, Gary assisted with recommending appropriate service for our 2015 CX-5, and he also took the time to set up & further explain the navigation system on the 2018 CX-5. So to anyone reading this, Wantagh Mazda is the place to go. And BTW, the new CX-5 is great! More
