I purchased my first car from Wantagh Mazda in 2007 from Victor. From the day I bought my car I have never had any problems or regrets. We did inform him that we purchased our first car from Victor and was looking to work with him again. He had no problem giving Victor the recognition for the sale. Ken did a great job in helping us decide which car and and whether a lease or a purchase was the better option for me. He was informative and patient while we asked questions and made a decision. After I purchased the car, from then on I dealt with Victor. He kept me updated about the insurance papers and called me to set up a day and time to come and pick up the car. Victor is very helpful, informative, and accommodating. After picking up my car, Victor called me the next day to ask how the car was and he set up a 1 month appointment for me. He does his job well and is genuinely concerned that you will love your new car. My experience the second time was just as great as the first, if not better. He was very patient (we came back a second time in the afternoon), helpful and upfront. The entire staff was great, actually. We weren't shown anything we didn't ask for nor pressured to buy more than we were interested in.
