GREAT WORK WANTAGH MAZADA! -I called Wantagh Mazda for an oil change, speaking with the Service Dept. Everytime I call they are always polite and accommodating. I asked if there was anyway I could bring the car in that day for an oil change, the secretary was very nice and asked me to hold on, she got back on and said sure Alex said no problem. -When I got there I was greeted so well. Craig told me the car would be taken in shortly, and it would be an hour wait. It never fails, eveytime I go to Wantagh Mazda I never have anyone that is rude. Craig came out to waitng room after 30 minutes, and said the car was done. Craig is always such a professional and pleasant person to deal with. happy ending...as usual An unexplained impact dislocated the right side view mirror. Not able to fix it, I taped it up and went to my trusted Wantagh Mazda Service center. I expected to need an entire new part, because if the blind spot warning indicator feature on my CX 5. Well, Craig and Z came to my rescue. Another tech, name unknown, was able to pop the mirror back into place and everything worked just fine. Bottom line...NO CHARGE! Another dealer could have charged $100 and I'd be non the wiser. INTEGRITY RULES at Wantagh Mazda!! More

Craig and Gary listen carefully and makes sure they address every issue you bring up, clearly explaining what was done and/or what needs to be done, without trying to get you to agree to any unnecessary procedures. In fact, Wantagh Mazda has consistently recommended only the actual service needed; a relief compared to some service stations who always try to upsell something you don't really need. I never imagined I would be taking my car for service to a dealer, having only used independent mechanics in the past. However, the Wantagh Mazda service team has definitely earned my loyalty over time, and they will continue to be the place where I bring my car anytime it needs service. More
