great, no hassle experience I could have gone to a local Queens Mazda dealership but I chose Wantagh since if I had to wait a long time, I could stay with family nearby. Besides, I could have gone to a local Queens Mazda dealership but I chose Wantagh since if I had to wait a long time, I could stay with family nearby. Besides, Wantagh had service coupons which helped me save. Anyway Craig Rotter was my service manager and he was very friendly. I needed 3 jobs done, which included a recall. Craig decided to lend me a courtesy car which was great. I ended up waiting less than 2 hours for the jobs and that was to my pleasant surprise. No pressure and no sales tactics for other services! Would definitely recommend Craig and Wantagh Mazda. More

I had to get a trim part changed on the drivers side seat and they Just had another service done at Wantagh Mazda. Their service staff is excellent! Outstanding Service I recently brought my 3 year old Mazda CX5 to Wantagh Mazda for service...twice in the last month. Both times I dealt with Gary Gavin and Craig Rotte I recently brought my 3 year old Mazda CX5 to Wantagh Mazda for service...twice in the last month. Both times I dealt with Gary Gavin and Craig Rotter. Gary and Craig did a great job helping me and I will certainly be using them again. There are closer Mazda dealers to my home, but the 30 minute ride was well worth it. Both times, they communicated the issues to me, explained my options and help me decide on a repair plan. The Service was completed without issue very quickly. I highly recommend Gary, Craig and Wantagh Mazda. More
